TOPOGRAPHY
Topography: There is an incredible variety of topography within this ranch! The northern half is very rolling, with gravel hills to flat, typical brush country. Theres about 100 of elevation change on some areas of the northern part, with huge views for 40 miles!
The southern part of the ranch is predominantly red, sandy soil and big native brush. The entire ranch is about 70% native brush, with the remainder being fields, food plots and senderos. Brush is incredibly diverse and species include guajillo, blackbrush, guayacan, granjeno, mesquite, hackberry, and other native South Texas species.

WILDLIFE
The ranch has an trophy game managed population of deer, and this area has consistently produced deer in excess of 170 BC. Quail and dove hunting is great, and hogs, javalina, and predators are very abundant. Duck and dove hunting is fantastic around the ponds.
