TOPOGRAPHY

The topography on this place is spectacular, from rolling hills to flat fertile ground with good soil, to rugged canyons. There is good grass cover and great tree variety with live oak, post oak, spanish oak, mesquite, and cedar elm trees. Much of the cedar has been cleared.
