TOPOGRAPHY

The ranch consists of flat to rolling terrain with predominately red sandy loam soil. Other soil types include gray sandy loam and dark, clay based soils in lower areas. This ranch is about 90 percent heavy to medium brush.

The property has some open areas with very good grass cover. Brush and tree species include mesquite, hackberry, cactus, blackbrush, granjeno, guayacan, guajillo, and many other native brush species.
