TOPOGRAPHY

The topography in this area is gently rolling with a mixture of soil types from sandy loam to some clay based soils. The ranch is about 80% big, native trees and native brush, with the remainder being fields and senderos. Brush include mesquite, granjeno, retama, anaqua, prickly pear, lime prickly-ash, blackbrush and other native brush. En Medio Creek crosses the ranch.


WILDLIFE

The ranch has deer, hogs, turkey, dove, and quail. Dove hunting is excellent near the two ponds. There is an abundant amount of turkey that roost by En Medio Creek!
