TOPOGRAPHY

The topography in this area is generally flat, with mostly big, diverse, thick native brush, and great brush diversity. There’s a field on the South end of the ranch that was used for grass production.

Soils consist of sandy loam, red sandy loam and darker ground in the lower areas. There are many senderos and roads to access the property. This is fantastic whitetail habitat.


WILDLIFE

This fine hunting ranch has big South Texas deer, turkey, quail, dove, hogs, javalina and varmits.

Bird hunting: -This is fantastic habitat for quail and they are very abundant. Dove hunting is excellent around surface water.
