TOPOGRAPHY

The topo in this area is generally flat, red sand with great brush diversity. About half of the ranch is thick native brush, with the remainder being more open country that is ideal for quail hunting. Soils consist of sandy loam, red sandy loam and darker ground in the lower areas.


WILDLIFE

-This fine hunting ranch has big trophy South Texas deer, quail, dove, hogs, javalina and varmits.

Bird hunting: -This is fantastic habitat for quail and they are very abundant. They are predominantly bobwhite, but many blue quail are present also. Dove hunting is excellent around surface water for mourning and whitewing dove.


IMPROVEMENTS
