TOPOGRAPHY

This ranch has an excellent variety of terrain. Charamusca Creek and Salida Creek both run thru the ranch for about a mile each.

Game is very abundant and that includes huge whitetails. Ranch has been heavily managed for 12 years. Different genetics have been added to the herd with no trophy being harvested before 7 yrs old.

Owner has fed over 50000 lbs of 20% protein each year for the last 5 years. Several deer have finished in top 3 of deer contests. 5 deer have been harvested over 25” wide.

Other wildlife include feral hogs, javelinas, dove, quail, ducks, turkey, rabbits, bobcats, and coyote.
